This from Doug Church, the head Butternut*
May 30th must have been a special day for Henry Halff and Ronda Nisman as they both swam a 500 M. fly! Henry registered his second Butternut swim and Ronda (no doubt motivated by Henry) swam her first!!! Both swim for MOST (Masters of South Texas) and live in San Antonio! Henry finished the 500 in 11:07 and Ronda in an impressive 9:25.80!! Great job!! Keep flyin’!! Doug
*Butternuts are those in a misguided group of swimmers insane enough to swim at least 500 continous yards of butterfly. MOST is looking for 20 inductees this summer. More information here.
