Backyard Pool Stretch Cord Workouts
Our stretch cord was ordered thru "StretchCordz" and is 24 ft in length using a 40 ft long pool. Each workout is approx 30 minutes. Please add on to any set idea if wanting more time in the water - and who doesn't want more time in the water!
